1. About These Terms

This website and the Nuzl store are operated by Arctic Supply LLC ("Nuzl", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and Safe Use

Nuzl is a GPS boundary and training collar with beep, vibration and static modes. Please read and follow the included instructions before use. Fit the collar correctly, start on the lowest setting that works for your dog, check your dog's neck regularly for irritation, and don't leave the collar on for long periods without a break. Nuzl is not meant for puppies or dogs below the weight range listed on the product page, or for dogs that are sick, injured or aggressive. If you're unsure whether Nuzl is right for your dog, talk to your vet or a professional trainer first.

GPS accuracy can vary with tree cover, buildings, weather and other conditions. Nuzl is a training and containment aid and does not replace supervision. We can't guarantee that any dog will always stay inside a boundary.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We try to describe our products, prices and availability accurately, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or limit quantities at any time, and we may cancel an order affected by a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you give us is accurate and that you're allowed to use your payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Arctic Supply LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Except where the law says otherwise, our products and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in our policies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arctic Supply LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
