Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 days.

Shipping Time and Cost

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at jiyu.wrld@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
